Summary :
Introduction: The meningioma psammomateux ethmoid-nasal, is a benign tumor, meningotheliale rare. The differential diagnosis arises with fibrous dysplasia or fibroids cemento-ossifying. Objectives: To describe the clinical features and paraclinical, a meningioma in a primary paranasal sinus, ethmoid-kind meningioma psammomateux nasal. Etude a case observed in October 2009.
